    The sewing machine is invented in 1790 by Thomas saint the made chain stitch machine, there after this machine used in leather shoe, Bag manufacture. But this chain stitch easy to removing so this machine pattern was unsuccessful.

    After many years later American machine manufacturer wallter Hunte invented in 1832 a new lock stitch type machine. This type lock stitch is very useful and successful.

·        Many sewing machine companies followed this pattern link.

·        Singer, Merritt, Usha – These called home made.

·        Juki, Brother, Siruba – These called industrial sewing machine.

  Both machine are called one name Single Needle Lock Stitch Machine
